The Administrative Secretary of INEC in the state, Mrs Rose Orianran-Anthony, made the disclosure on Thursday in Asaba during the electoral body’s consultative meeting with political parties. Orianran-Anthony said that 135,897 PVCs were unclaimed in 2014/2015 registration period and 129,525 PVCs were uncollected from the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR).

“I have, today, become privy to the findings of the investigation into the allegation made in an online medium that the Certificate of Exemption from National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) that I had presented was not genuine,” Kemi Adeosun said in her statement. “This has come as a shock to me and I believe that in line with this administration’s focus on integrity, I must do the honourable thing and resign.”
