Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu - Nigeria Politics

“If my party is voted out in this election, I will accept it because it is the people’s verdict, that is their decision. Any democrat that cannot accept a result from a free and fair election is not worthy of that name.”

“Winning is my hope and determination for my party; we are winning because we have the support of the masses Take a look back at our rally, that is an indication of who has the populace, we are not talking about the elite, the rich, but the trader, artisan and the common man.”

“I will accept the result of the election if we lose, the result is the people’s verdict, any democrat that cannot accept the result of a free and fair contest is not worthy of being called a democrat. He must be able to accept the result of a free and fair election,” the APC national leader said, even as he expressed determination that the APC would win the elections.

“I am not a government contractor, and I don’t have bullion vans because I don’t have ballot papers. If I may ask, where am I voting now? This is not my house.

“They should prove it. I am on my own and committed to my party. Even if I have the money to spend in my premises, what is anybody’s headache since I don’t run the government?

“I can spend my money as I like and if I want; if it pleases me I can give it to the people free as long as it is not meant to buy votes.”
